Jazmine Tierra Green
(08/06/2003) Jazmine Tierra Green, age 9, of Austin, passed away Friday, August 1, 2003. She loved going to church and was a member of True Vine Church of Manor, Texas, where she enjoyed Praise Dancing. She was also a member of the church drill team and the youth choir. Jazmine attended school at River Oaks Elementary. She loved dancing, kickboxing and her favorite color was purple. One of her favorite cartoon characters was the Tazmanian Devil, which is why we called her ``Jaz''! She is survived by her mother, Nicole Green of Austin; father, Harold Preston Green Jr. and wife, Margot of Pflugerville; sisters, Whitney Green of Austin and Courtney Green of Killeen; brothers, Harold Green III, Isaiah Green and Dominque Marmolejo, all of Austin; grandparents, Harold Preston Green Sr. and Linda Alexander, both of Rockmart, Georgia, Sheila Collins and husband, Darrell of Austin, and Fred Cleveland Jr. of Ironton, Ohio; great-grandparents, James and Ernestine Carter of Austin, Helen (Big Moma) Alexander of Rockmart, Georgia, Gloria Barton of Austin, Ira Mullins of Lockhart and Fred T. Cleveland, Sr.; aunts, Yolanda Sanders and husband, Darrell of Austin, Natori Blue of Bryant and Tara Green of Rockmart, Georgia; uncles, Fred T. Cleveland III and wife, Earselean of Austin, Chris Green of Rockmart, Georgia, Jamaal Cleveland and Christopher Bowser; great-aunt, Brenda Johnson and husband, Alfred, Marilyn Wilson and Donna Johnson and husband, James, all of Austin; and a host of cousins, relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 6, 2003, at Cook-Walden/ Capital Parks Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 7, 2003, in the Memorial Chapel of Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home.
